I am a Registered Physiotherapist with valuable clinical experience gained throughout my career. I have worked with a diverse clientele, treating common orthopedic conditions such as low back pain, neck stiffness, and knee pain. Additionally, I have qualifications in pelvic floor physiotherapy, addressing various conditions in this area.
My background in sports and exercise, along with my expertise in human movement, enhances my ability to help clients return to their chosen sports and leisure activities. My primary focus in physiotherapy is client-centred care, ensuring that individuals can achieve their specific goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active through workouts and playing sports, particularly volleyball and spike ball.
