What gets you up in the morning?
I have a slight coffee addiction and cannot start my day without it.

I am a Physiotherapy Resident and I have had great clinical experience thus far in my career. Some clientele I’ve worked with include general orthopaedic conditions such as low back pain, neck stiffness, and knee pain. In the past, I have had the opportunity to experience the world of pelvic floor physiotherapy in treating a variety of conditions. My experience in sports/exercise and expertise in human movement gives me more knowledge in helping others return to sport and leisure. Most importantly, my main approaches to physiotherapy are client centred care and helping individuals reach their specific goals. Lastly, in my spare time, I enjoy working out and playing sports, especially volleyball and spike-ball.
I completed my Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Western University. Before that, I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Waterloo. I have completed my courses in pelvic health physiotherapy and will continue to work towards being an outstanding pelvic floor physiotherapist.
